We are pleased to add this delightful apartment that’s within the prestigious new Azure Heights development. The apartment has great views over Kalamar Bay, out towards Mouse and Snake Islands.

Recently completed by one of Kalkan’s most successful developers, the Azure Heights development has been finished to a very high standard. This property has been furnished in a contemporary style and has a good-sized infinity-edged swimming pool.

Currently, the accommodation is laid out as follows:

Open plan kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven, hob + extractor, microwave and breakfast bar with 4 stools.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite TV + DVD player and direct access to the apartment’s pool terrace.

The master bedroom has a double bed, direct access to the pool terrace and an en-suite shower room.

The twin bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace. This bedroom has use of a shower room next door.

Outside the apartment:

The apartment has its own infinity-edged pool (dimensions are approximately 7 metres x 4 metres and 1.7 metres deep). The pool terrace is spacious and furnished with dining table, ample sun-loungers and comfortable seating.

Tatil villası kiralayan misafirlerimiz, www.villacheck-in.com sayfasındaki Kiralama Şartları' nı kabul etmiş sayılır. Havuzu korunaklı villalarda kesinlikle %100 görünmeme garantisi verilmemektedir. Bu villaların her zaman %5 sakınma payı mevcuttur.

NOT: Villadan en yakın merkeze,plajlara veya yiyecek içecek ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılamak için taşıt kullanma ihtiyacınız olacaktır.

NOT: 6 gece altı konaklamalarda ekstra temizlik ücreti talep edilebilir.

NOT: Villamız böcek ve haşereler için düzenli olarak ilaçlanmaktadır, nadirende olsa doğa içerisinde yer alan bazı villalarımızda bazen karışınıza çıkması mümkündür, bunların çoğu zararsızdır.

NOT: Kasım-Mayıs ayları arasında bölgemizde inşaat sezonu başlamakta olup ses ve gürültü ihtimali olabilir.
